Political comedy about the last true large city (Lake County Democratic Party) political machine that exists in the Country. Northwest Indiana is filled with tribal politics of the most mundane and unethical type with a group of people that as a collection have the least talent for anything: leadership, economic development, delivery of public service, etc. Their only talent seems to be the theft and misuse of funds and developing the best set of rationalization for why they are not responsible.
