'Today Show’ decision to air Kris Jenner over 9/11 has some calling for boycott, could further erode ratings | Fox News.
NBC's The Today Show was not the only venue that went out of its way to ignore and minimize 9/11 and American core values. So did American universities -- almost universally. My home school, Purdue University in Indiana, did not mention one word about it on any campus that encompasses 65,000+ students, and neither did Indiana University. The only commemoration of this event was on I put together at the last minute, at my own expense. To make it even worse, only one professor showed up. No administrators, no faculty, no staff, no students, etc. could find the time to even show up for a minute or two. That is why no one will remember what happened that day. That I would argue is the expressed goal of the universities because there is not anyway to spin 9/11 in a completely PC way. The universities are now turning around and asking Indiana taxpayer (and other state's legislatures) for billions of dollars because they deserve it. Why? They insult America and now taxpayers will pay to be kicked in the ass some more. Who do you think is laughing?
