The consequance is that 80% of all the faculty are "not willing to state un-popular views. By the way, un-popular views are those that are not politically correct.
Purdue University's new President, MItch Daniels, specifically stated when he took office that this will no longer be tolerated. If for no other reason, it is illegal and results in a watered down university. Where are the changes? Why did not Teresa Lubbers of the Indiana Commission on Higher Education address this during the past four years?
