Higher Education is supposed to promote and enhance the lives of the citizens of a State. In Hoosier land, the opposite is true. Higher education is a drain on the resources of the State and only gives back what is claimed by the administrative leadership who are entrusted with the State's tax dollars and institutions of higher education. That is those who get and make the money get to report on how well they are doing for the money they receive. There is no independent audit or review. Since the State of Indiana and NWI in particular are sinking fast on every objective measure relative to the rest of the Nation, it would seem that there is a disconnect between what is being reported and what is happening. That is what the concern of this blog. This comical dance occurs between the leadership of institutions of higher education and the citizen taxpayers of the State. The Muslim, brings the Jewish anti-Semite to campus -- a true story
This is a true story about Purdue University and Prof. Kamalipour, a Muslim who promotes himself as seeking peace and tolerance across all humanity, bringing, with full approval and payment from the University -- that is, $1,500 of taxpayer funds from the University to fund this speaker, the anti-Semite Mr. Bruzonsky to speak, have dinner with faculty, and "enlighten" students.
The following is the faculty Senate position on the matter : SD-14-02-Resolution-in-Support-of-Yahya-Kamalipour (1). Basically, the Faculty Senate at Purdue is proposing and will eventually vote to show support for Prof. Kamalipour. This is being done to counter my "racist" and "bigoted" comments (on this blog) about Prof. Kamalipour. So very interesting, no one will even dare mention the rank anti-Semitism promoted by Prof. Kamalipour as evidenced by the speaker he brought to campus. Unbelievable.
