McDermott tops Lake County funds list; Biggest Theft by a Politician Since Records Were Kept

The thieves are hard at work in Lake County.  The only solution is for Indianapolis to take over the whole County.  By definition, Tommy "McDoobie" McDermott being head of the Lake County Democratic Party, never mind Mayor of Hammond (by electoral theft in the last election), makes the County as a whole a criminal enterprise.  If you have any doubt see the following article by Bill Dolan in The Times:

There can be no doubt that McDermott is active in the "pay-to-play" game to enable him to raise this much money.  How does a mayor of a do nothing meaningless city, Hammond, in a Republican State, raise millions of dollars for his campaign?  Is anyone going to tell me that the citizens of Hammond want him as mayor?  If so, why did he almost loose to an old man in a wheel-chair with 4,000 dollars last year?  By almost I mean 200 votes.  The only way his is doing this, and if I am aware of it the Feds and State's Attorney have to be, is by threats and rewards for contracts, political position, patronage employment, and allowing criminal activity in contracting and gambling in NWI.

Remember, Hammond has almost 78,000 population, no new business and no future.  The only money is stealing from the casino.  We and the FBI know that it is happening and that is why McDoobie is raising millions of dollars.  Can someone please explain how an incompetent buffoon, in a dying city, can raise more money in political favors than a candidate for the City of Indianapolis, which is in actuallity most of Marion County?

The last time this occurred Bob Pastrick was Mayor of East Chicago and we know that story.  Why are the feds not pursuing McDermott, who is stealing by far more than Pastrick?  Why is the Indiana State Attorney not attempting to save the citizens of Hammond and Lake County from this corruption?   Are they getting part of the action or is it just better for Indiana to keep Chicago corruption in this corner of the State, and in Washington D.C. than let it spread to the rest of the State.

If one looks at development in the rest of Indiana, than the strategy of keeping the thief Doobie McDermott stealing here and the citizens here taking up the you know what from him and his father a promising strategy.

With the addition of Muncie, Indiana most economic activity in Indiana is occuring in Indianapolis and south.   As long as the NWI political leadership is Doobie McDermott than we are always going to be relegated to the status of "bend over and take it" from Doobie.

I broke this story over five years ago.  That included Visclosky's theft in colusion with Purdue University and Whitco Industries.

Now everyone has to admit it is true.  Purdue and Visclosky tried to destroy me personally with attacks by the President and Vice President of Purdue against me personally and harrassing me sexually and religiously.   The President, Jischke, has retired but he should still be investigated for his role in this corruption and why he abruptly resigned from Purdue University.  The fact is as I have pointed out before, he should be in jail after being indicted by a Federal grand jury.  The Vice-President Rollock must be fired for attacking me and attempting to cover up the theft by Visclosky and JIschke.  All the evidence indicates that she was in collusion with the powers destroy me personally and professionally so that I would stop complaining about Visclosky's bogus use of Federal Tax Dollars.

Finally the truth comes out that Visclosky and Purdue's president Jiscke are tied as thieves through the Purdue Foundation.

When is the current President going to come clean on the theft by the Purdue Foundation and Visclosky through the Merriville Technology Center?  Visclosky worked for Whitco Industries with the assistance of Purdue University Foundation to steal over $7 million from the taxpayer.  This was all part of a plan to enrich the Foundation, President Jischke, and Whitco Industries, which it did.

Remember the Purdue Foundation is like the East Chicago Foundations not open to public scrutiny.   Even though Purdue is a public institution the Foundation is closed.  Just like East Chicago and they steal and enrich themselves in the same way.

Visclosky needs to be voted out of office and the Indiana State Legislature take a close look at how the Purdue Foundation has been stealing money under false pretense from the Hoosier Tax payers.

Not-for-profit E.C. Health Clinic Files for Bankruptcy

This is a not-for-profit organization into which million of dollars have been poured in only a short time.  One hospital alone put in $1million.  The article itself points out that nationally this is as rare as seeing a dinosaur as mayor of East Chicago.

Look who is on the board.  Everyone in Lake County knows what happened.  It is Democratic party Chicago mode of politics and reduction of unemployment: steal the money.  (Stealing includes overpayment of salary or expenses.  It also includes hiring too many political friends and other scams.) 

Nothing here is new.  That is why we need to have NO NEW TAXES.  Actually, all taxes should end in Lake County and we should depend solely on the gambling boats.  The citizens will be amazed how over a year all of NWI problems will be solved if we moved in that direction.

Since million of dollars of state and federal funds came to this clinic, the FBI should be all over this situation.  I am surprised that David Capp, the US Attorney General, has not already filed subpoenas for accounting and bank records.

Only in NWI.  I take it back.  This is Chicago Democratic politics.  They are doing this now in Washington D.C. with Senator Dodd and Pres Obama's sweet-heart mortgage deals with Countrywide.  Let us not forget their fake assessment values for tax purposes.

Now we have the same thing with a sitting Lake County Mayor and Democratic Party Chair and his father, also a former mayor.  Isn't this the state in which the Chair of the Democratic Party went to jail recently for fraud, kickbacks, and generally being an evil rotten human being?  Yes, is the correct answer and the name is Manos.

It is amazing that McDermotts try to claim that this is an honest mistake, a misunderstanding, some lost papers, etc.  Everyone knows that it is a lie.  A bold faced fake lie.  The only reason McDermott is not in jail is because everyone is afraid of his son who has been certified by everyone who knows him and I have talked to as "certifiably crazy."  Even his personal lawyer tells people that he is.  By crazy I mean he has a tendency for violence and maiming of those opposed to him.

How can you tell the McDermott, the father, is lying?  (Not, the obvious, that he is speaking.)  McDermott says he was over-assessed at $1.6 million and that is in dispute.  Well he admits that he took out a $1.2 million mortgage originally in 2002.  Then he took out a second mortgage for $700,000.  If he put anything down on this house, which is a big if, than it is obviously worth more than the $1.6 million assessed.  It is a big if, because this is part of the sweet-heart deal from Dean White family and Whitco Industries to McDermott, Jr. and Visclosky.  Now I want to know what legitimate mortgage company gives you loans on over 100% of your houses' assessed value?  And then does not require you to pay the property taxes on their own leveraged property?  I would love to get in on this deal.  Where is the Dean White Bank when I need it?   Did he take care of Dodd and Obama?   Does he know Rizo from Chicago?  Now we all know where to do our banking.

Everyone is quite aware that there has been a felony committed here.  From everything I know Mr. Capp, the newly name US AG for Northern Indiana, is a straight-shooter who pursues political crimes irrespective of party.  Here is the perfect case.  Democrats, Republicans, new names, old names, business people, and politicians all combined to commit this fraud on the people of the State of Indiana.  Someone needs to go to jail and only the United States Attorney can make it right.  B. Carter, the Lake County attorney, is in McDermott, the son, pocket.  Even the Lake County Sheriff will not move against the father.  Look what happened when he moved against the son's supplier. 

As an added footnote, I am sure the NWI Times newspaper will pursue this story once Tom McDermott, the tax cheat, stops visiting Bill Nangle, the Times editor, weekly.  (For those of you who do not remember, it was this tax cheat McDermott, while working at the Times who broke the circulation union.)

My next entry will be how McDermott, the father, received a luxury car as a gift because of his son.  Auctioneers do a lot of business in Hammond.

Salinas: Hammond City Council is Now Banking at People's Bank in Munster

Reminiscent of the idiot E. Chicago State Representative John Aguilera when he claimed a summer home in Munster, Hammond Streets and Sanitation supervisor Al Salinas, who also happens to be a City Councilman, was seen today doing "office work" at the Munster branch of People's Bank.   One must assume that this was official Hammond business.  "Doobie" McDermott's lapdog would never do anything under the table that was not in the Hammond citizens' interest.

Since he had the snow plow truck, with the official Hammond seal, maybe Hammond was helping Munster remove snow around commercial buildings, like banks, since there are so few in Hammond.  It is good to see the Tommy McDermott is being so neighborly.  Maybe it is even possible the Salinas is contributing his time for the better good.

At 11am today, and to this individual's knowledge, still now, Al Salina is sitting in the main office of the Munster Bank, eating cookies and coffee and talking business on his cell phone.  The Hammond City truck is parked in front of the building with the engine running.

It is good to know that this is how a City that is going broke under "doobie" Mcdermott is carrying on business.  It is important to note, THERE IS A BRANCH OF PEOPLE'S BANK IN HAMMOND, ON INDIANAPOLIS BOULEVARD.

But if you were loafing and wasting the taxpayer's money, what better place than Munster.  Just like Aquilera when he claimed the house he owned in Munster was his summer home.

Al Salinas is not bright enough to do this on his own.  He cannot put two sentences together.  He would only do this if he had the protection of "doobie" McDermott.  It is too bad he is not in the fire department than he could collect overtime for his stop at the bank.

(By the way, he did not do any special banking business.  I was in there and he just made a normal transaction with the teller.)

Al Salinas is the reason Hammond is going down the toilet quickly, for its citizens.  The few like him, Salinas, and McDermott will walk away with well filled pockets, like Gary, but the rest of the citizens will curse the day the set eyes on Salinas.

Now I know that Rich James has given up smoking; but what drugs was he on when he wrote this piece of lying garbage.  Who is he trying to fool?  Since when did he become g-d and somehow whatever he says miraculously becomes so?

James actually wrote in this piece that "(t)here are reasons that Gary is becoming a safer city."  What "safer city?"  What planet is he on.   Everyone who is sober knows that Gary is not any safer, period.  On the first day of the year a visitor to Gary was shot three time on a house porch.  The idiot known as Rich James goes further and state that, "Is Gary a safe city today? Not yet. But it is considerably safer than it was in 1995 and has been every year since."  That is just absolutely not true.  It is a lie to bolster his wife's boss, the Sheriff and to help Mayor Clay.  The sad thing is that James' whole career has been a series of lies that he has published to fool the people of Lake County and NWI.

The beginning of the editorial is quite clear. "It was 14 years ago when 132 homicides were recorded in the city of Gary. In 2009, there were 49 homicides -- a 63 percent reduction. That is significant."  It is not significant when you population has dropped that much in that period of time.  Gary used to have over 175,000 people living and working there now it has less than 70,000 people and most of them do not work there.  You also have to dumb and blind not to recognize that we are ONLY talking about homicides and NOT about any other kind of violent crime. 

If Gary is so much "safer", why does not anyone, either from Gary or not, willing to test it.  It is the significant increase in crime that has closed all privately owned eating businesses in Gary, never to open. 

The editorial does point out that there has been a 17% reduction in violent crime; but really no one blieves it.  All of us know better because we go out and experience it differently.  One should also point out, if one was a real journalist and not a pitiful drunk lier that violent crime has been reduced over the past year in every city and town in the United States according to the FBI.  Consequently, it would seem to indicate that there is NOTHING that Gary has done right.  At best it is just an accident of fate.   What it does prove is that there are many people in Gary who are natural criminals; it does but to rest the idea that poverty and lack of education etc. have any causal relations to crime.  I used to remember former Mayor Scott King when he first got into office talking to people outside Gary asking for jobs and employment and Gary would have no crime.  Wrong.  No matter what you do for Gary as far as more money, jobs, etc. the crime culture will continue.  That is the cancer that has to seared out before anyone will ever look seriously at Gary as a civilized place.

The editorial in the Post-Tribune is a disgrace for its lies, its misleading of the public, and its general lazy and irresponsible journalism.

The following story about crime being reduced in Gary is a combination of being the biggest lie, which no one living in Lake County belives or  an outright fable meant to mislead the population of Gary and Lake County for the sake of the Democratic Party politicians like Rudy Clay and the chair Tom "the Dooby" McDermott.

This Post-Tribune story is fake and everyone knows it (or should know it, unless they are delusional.)  Crime in Gary only went down because of two things.  One, there is no population left and two, there is nothing left to steal.  The next census should show that Gary has no more than 70,000 people.  Anything more than that and they are cooking the books.  A drop of 40% of the population will eventually lead to a drop in the number of crimes (i.e. nobody left to steal from; it is the same problem the politicians in Washington are having.)  Those that are left in Gary have nothing left to steal from.  The first murder of the year was a visitor from out of town shot three times on the porch of the home he was visiting.  It is safer in Mosul than Gary.

The sad thing is that everyone in NWI is trying to keep the crime in Gary, Hammond, and East Chicago but it is becoming a loosing battle.  Merriville is almost finished with the old South Lake Mall going the direction of the Calumet City Mall.  The only safety net is Munster; but, that will only occur if it can create a high enough fence between it and northern Lake County and Illinois, otherwise it is also living on borrowed time.

By the way, what I am saying here is not denied or deniable by anyone.  The latest census numbers show that the population of every city and town in the north half of Lake County is dropping substantially.  The only exception is Munster, so far.
