The local Democrat front, known as The Hammond Times, has, again, endorsed the worst possible candidate in the race for the State Legislature. In the following column in the newspaper Doug Ross shows his unique inability to actually think anything that is not provided to him by Hammond Mayor McDermott, also know as Chair of the Lake County Democrat Party. See the following from The Hammond Times: House District 12.
Reardon does not got that much of a supportive endorsement from The Times? Why, because this was necessary to keep Daddy McDermott happy. Reardon has been the worst State Representative NWI and in particular Lake County has had (together with her fellow Democrats.) Almost all the Democrat candidates are, as usual, facing no opposition. THE GOAL HERE IS TO KEEP THE FUNDING FLOWING TO THE RIGHT POLITICALLY CONNECTED INDIVIDUALS NOT TO IMPROVE LAKE COUNTY.
Bill Fine offers and will deliver the exact opposite. He will make the 12th District and Lake County excited and thankful to be part of Indiana. This will truly be a new experience for Highland and Munster. Bill Fine is not a career politician nor has he been "feeding off the public trough" his whole working career. That is for the Democrats in Lake County. Fine has the program to get Lake County back on the jobs track. Remember in the State of Indiana's new job tally, only 100 net new jobs were created in Lake County according to the Indiana State Government. This would never happen if Bill Fine represented us in Indianapolis.
Bill Fine is the only candidate in the 12th District who will not allow for the continued slide of Lake County down, economically and culturally. He will end the status of Lake County continuing to be a net out County for tax payments. You all know that Fine is the real choice in this election. For once, vote the needs of the people, businesses, and youngsters of the County: Vote for Bill Fine.
